Send a Hot Cocoa Cake
This cake is a chocolate lovers dream. It all came about one winter when one of my bakers was trying to come up with a dessert to make for a holiday party. It was a very chilly day outside and she kept thinking about how it was a good day for hot cocoa. That was when the idea for a chocolate hot cocoa cake struck and she went into the kitchen to start baking. The end result was a cake full of rich, chocolatey flavor. The chocolate icing on tops just adds that something extra that pushes this cake from good to great.

Directions:
Enjoy this cake within 1 week of receiving. Refrigeration is not necessary, but will help prolong the shelf life. This cake freezes well if you’d like to save some for later. Enjoy with whipped topping or cream cheese and a cup of hot cocoa.
